Position of the Effect maker popup is slightly incorrect at firs showing

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open Design Studio and a project
      • Open effect maker popup by clicking "Add effect"
      • -> Popup should be aligned on the right side with the top arrow but it's not
      • Close the popup and open again
      • -> position is now correct
