Effect maker popup content is arranged differently on different operating systems

      Please see attached pictures.

      • On Windows, the order of the sections is: Basic - Common - Extra - Nature
      • On Linux the order is Common - Extra - Nature - Basic
      • On macOS the order is Basic - Nature - Common - Extra
      • Effects themselves seem to be ordered alphabetically on Windows, but on Linux and macOS the order seems to be random.
