3D View background color does not update when resetting scene environment color

    Description

      • Toggle Background color actions -> Use Scene Environment color
      • Set Background mode to Color and change the clear color ot the sceneEnvironment in Properties view
      • -> Color changes in 3D View as expected
      • Click action icon beside clear color value and select "Reset"
      • -> Color changing back to default black is seen in 2D view but not in 3D view
      • Color changes when resetting 3D view
