Qt Design Studio Community Edition - Full Screen Mode

Entering full screen mode works. Once in full screen mode, the menu bar at the top of the application does not work properly. When clicking on any of the options(File, Help, Window, etc.), the expected drop down menu does not appear. Using alt+<hot key> does not work either. Pressing the esc or f11 keys do not allow you to exit the full screen mode. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work as the application will immediately open in full screen even when opening the newly installed application. However, it is still possible to exit full screen mode because although the drop down menu does not appear when clicking buttons in the menu bar, the drop down menu is still able to be clicked on. It is just not visible. To exit full screen, I was able to click the Window menu bar button, and then click where I though the Full Screen button within the now invisible drop down menu should be. This takes the application out of full screen mode and the entire menu bar goes back to working properly.
