Bake lights -dialog stops opening in a test project on macOS, "AUT stderr: BakeLights Active scene is not View3D"

We have RTA test case that:

1. Creates 3D project
2. imports one 3D asset to it
3. Opens light baking setup dialog for exposing models and lights for that imported component
4. Enables baking for all lights and models and sets resolution
5. Applies and saves changes
6. Bakes lights

On macOS, light baking setup dialog suddenly stops opening after baking setup is done.  Attached the test project, in the state where dialog won't open. In test logs I can see stderr message "BakeLights Active scene is not View3D".  Issue started to reproduce 6.9.2023 and only on macOS.

To test:

• Open the test project
• Try to open Light baking dialog by clicking "Bake Lights" button in 3D View
• -> dialog won't open
• Click "Reset view"
• -> light baking dialog now opens
