Setting the values for snap configuration by dragging does not work correctly

Please see attached recording.

• Open Snap configuration
• Press mouse in Position, Rotation or Scale combobox and start dragging to the right
• -> value increases as expected
• Change direction and start dragging to the left (without releasing mouse)
• -> Would expect value to start decreasing, but instead it keeps increasing for a while. At some point value then starts to decrease.
