Scrollbar doesn't stay focused in all Content Library tabs

    Description

      Steps:

      • Activate Content Library view
      • Select Materials tab
      • -> scrollbar stays focused, as expected
      • Open any other tab in Content Library (Textures, Environments, Effects)
      • -> scrollbar does not stay focused even if Content Library widget is selected again. Expected is for scrollbar to be focused in all tabs
