Scrollbar doesn't stay focused in Components View when adding a module

Steps to reproduce:

• Activate Components view
• -> scrollbar stays active as expected
• Click + 
• ->Would expect scrollbar to be active in Add modules view too, but it only comes visible when mouse is hovered on modules
• Click < to return to components listing
• -> Would expect scrollbar to be active, but it's not, need to select Components View again to scrollbar stay active
