User can switch into another file and Connections Editor will stay opened

User can open Connections Editor and after that switch into another file.
If another file has no Connections, Editor will be both interactable and in incomplete state. It allows user to interact with connections action and will eventually throw an error about unknown properties (editor window will persistently stay up).
