Need better support for multiple effects on single object

As a user, I want to be able to add multiple shadows and highlights to a rectangle (example).  I want it to be as easy as it is in Figma.

In Figma, there is an effects panel.  This panel has an add and remove button.

When I click add, it adds an effect, I can change the type of effect in the panel, I can open up the effect to edit it's properties.
