Description
What is needed
- Assimp has some possibilities for optimizing the 3D assets during the import phase (postprocess.h ?). Research what are the optimization flags and which of those should be exposed to the user. Based on this information we can design an user interface for the optimization.
Who needs this
- (Techincal) Artist who is importing 3D assets to the project
Why it's needed
- To understand the the possibilities for asset optimization
Acceptance criteria
- Exposed import flags defined
- Qt Quick 3D importer support for defining the flags checked and if additional development needed tasks are created
