Uninstall gives error on Win machines on ENT environment

    Description

      Tested with RC Built on Sep 28 2023 01:35:46

      When uninstalling QDS 4.3.0 on Windows machine and in the ENT environment, Squish will give this error:

      "Fail [1359] installationErrorWithIgnore : Installer Error : Error during removal process:

      C:/Users/vivarank/RTA/QtDesignStudio_4.3.0/Tools/QtDesignStudio/qdb/bin/qdb.exe stop-server": Process failed to start: The system cannot find the file specified."

      Other than that, the uninstall process seems to work.
