Changing the effect order in the list works fine, if the effect's properties are hidden, but it becomes clumsy, when the effect's properties are expanded.

When it (the effect the user wants to move) is expanded, the effect underneath it has to almost hit the lowest point of the effect being moved, until the order gets changed.
