User cannot differentiate the same effect from the name

    Description

      If user keeps adding the same effect, the effect name will stay the same, so there will be a list, like in the picture below:

      It could be better, if a number or something would appear in the end of the effect's name, like:

      NOISE

      NOISE2

      NOISE3
