Add screen rotation option in new MCU project wizard in QDS

      The new project wizard in QDS has an Orientation option to be configured, but not a rotation option.

      When the project to be created is an MCU one, there should be a new option to let the user define what should be the rotation of the screen: either 0, 90, 180, or 270.

      This option should result in the qmlproject's MCU screen rotation property to be set with the correct value set in the wizard.
