Allow users to scroll the Code Editor while on Connection Editor

When editing the code in Connection Editor, it's often the case that the users cannot remember and want to see the name of some properties to write in the Connection Editor. The best way is for them to scroll the Code Editor to see them. However, when the Connection Editor is open, scrolling on the Code Editor doesn't take effect. Therefore, the users need to close the Connection Editor just to check the property name in the Code Editor or Property Editor. We should allow scrolling the Code Editor or maybe also Property Editor so that the users can check the name of properties while keeping the Connection Editor opened.
