Adding translation option for Properties Dialog when the data type is string

When adding a string property, the user should manually specify a translation API like qsTrId in the "Value" area, otherwise the generated property doesn't have it.

When the data type is string, we should have this Icon next to the "Value" section as well so that the user can graphically choose if he wants to use the translation API.
