Fonts not working

Fonts are not working. I have tried using both the default fonts, and adding my own, and it won't update to the font I have chosen. If I refresh the workspace, it reverts back to the default system font. If I drag in a custom font I've added to my assets library, it will only show one of those fonts I've added, regardless of which one I've dragged in. It won't let me change the font in the properties panel, it behaves the same way, reverting back.
