Integrate Qt Insight Tracker with QDS

Validate that the entire pipeline works with large scale desktop application for Qt Insight. Link Qt Insight Tracker with QDS, enable logging and confirm that events are being sent to Insight backend.
Use private cloud server instance instead of public.

Use Insight Tracker's sendScreenView() instead of the current telemetry plugin KUserFeedback implementation.

We implement it in a separate plugin, similar to the telemetry plugin.
