Adding module sometimes messes up the module folder funtionality

    Description

      Tested with QDS 4.4 Built on Oct 31 2023 02:27:36

      How to reproduce:
      1. Create new "Empty" project
      2. Add module "QtQuick.Effects"
      3. If adding the module works normally, remove it and add it again

      Most of the time the module and its content isn't accessible to the user
