    Description

      These effects from https://git.qt.io/playground/effect-library/-/tree/master/PostProcessingEffects?ref_type=heads need to be taken into separate QML items that can be instantiated on their own.

      API of the effect needs to follow the same 'format' as with other Studio Effects module but retaining the Figma plugin related info.
