Description
Anchor assignments with states are created correctly but conflicting anchors should be broken. i.e. if anchor.left is assigned and anchor.right was assigned in last state then anchor.right should be set to undefined.
**Update: Breaking anchors don't well with extended states. We need to create complete states without extending them.
