3D models translations with fine/coarse modes

Models sometimes require a scale factor, e.g models with 1 meter unit.

https://mars.nasa.gov/system/resources/gltf_files/25042_Perseverance.glb : scale 1000.

For those models, translation with properties editbox is really difficult with value rounded to 0.01.

Having a modifier to indicate fine/coarse increments could be nice. Overall model scale can serve as a reference. Common usage would use shift for fine and control/option for coarse. And use Control-shift for super fine?  

This would affect up/down arrows of editbox and also the drag from editbox.
