Clicking on combo boxes on effect maker is inconsistent

    Description

      • In the preview combo box, clicking on the non-arrow part should open the combo box same as clicking on the arrow
      • In add effect combo box, clicking on non-arrow part when combo is open should close the combo and not reopen it immediately
