only base types can be selectd in "Properties"

here, it requires the reader to add Item type property.

however in the latest qds 4.3, this is not possible. only the base types can be chosen.

the user should be able to also add qml types here, by maybe typing out the qml type they want to use and qds shows the candidate types based on the typed characters.
