the cursor doesn't go beyond the horizontal boundary of the code view

when there's a long line of code, it's natural for the user to click-hold the mouse cursor and go right to the edge of the line so that he can read the entire line.

in doing so, the editor should scroll to the right as the cursor go to the right.

but in qds, it doesn't happen.
