Creating effect file in Assets View opens old Effect Maker

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Right click in Assets View
      • Select "New Effect" , name it and click "Create"
      • -> Old Effect Maker is opened instead of just opening the effect file new Effect Maker View
