Changes made in effect do not update to 2D view without resetting view

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create an effect in Effect Maker View
      • Save it in library
      • Drag and drop it to 2D View
      • Change the effect somehow, e.g. change its property values
      • Save it in library
      • -> Effect changes are not updated to 2D View
      • -> Need to reset 2D View to see the changed effect
