Qsb (Qt Shader Baker) tool missing from QDS main binary directory in releases

    Description

      The way effect maker preview shaders are baked was changed as the project kit and Qt version QDS was built with may differ. Now preview shaders are baked with qsb tool matching the Qt version QSD was built with and the shaders the project uses are baked with qsb tool found in target kit.

      This requires correct version of qsb tool to be available in main bin directory of QDS releases as well, as it is currently missing from there.
