mouse area is not set to match parent if you drag it to form view

      If you drag the mouse area to a form view, the navigator shows that you are assigning it as child (which is good). But mouse area is not set to fill the parent anchors.

      HOWEVER if you use context menu to addd mouse area, it is set to fill parent (which is the correct resolution)
