Description
X Speed and Y Speed do nothing in Clouds effect. In Standalone effect maker they are marked [custom] and contain a formula. They should not have a slider, but custom value editor, or just not shown at all, as there is not really need to change the formula.
Similarly, Scaled Source Image in Led Screen effect is a custom helper property in standalone effect maker. It shouldn't be modifiable, or shown in UI.
