When the user adds a new effect, and there is a long list of effects already in the stack, we need to scroll to the last added effect.
To create a testable situation:
- Open Effect Maker
- Add a few multieffects, so that the visible area is full.
- Add an effect - expectation is that the view scrolls to this effect
