Color picker does not show colors outside color-picker dialog

    Description

      Tested with latest snapshot (Built on Nov 29 2023 14:55:28)

      • on Windows: Color picker shows colors only from color-picker dialog, but not ouside it, see attached recording. Picked color outside the dialog seems to be correct though, even though not shown in the eye dropper.
      • on macOS: eye dropper comes invisible when moved outside the color-picker dialog, cannot pick colors outside the dialog. see attached recording.
      • on Linux, seems to work as expected.
