Linux: DS comes unresponsive after opening drop-down menu in Effect Maker View

Tested with latest snapshot (Built on Nov 29 2023 14:40:31)

Steps:

• Open/create a project
• Open Effec Maker View
• Add some effect that has a drop down for a property, e.g. "Rain"
• Try opening drop down menu (e.g. in Rain effect -> drop down for Texture)
• -> DS comes unresponsive, need to force quit
• Not sure if this is an issue only in Effect Maker view: I was not able to reliably reproduce the issue in other views, such as Properties view and Texture Editor. On Texture Editor I got the issue only once when trying to select texture source, but then was not able to reproduce.
