Edit column dialog geometry and clip problem

• Open a project
• Enable the Model Editor view
• Add a collection
• Add some columns
• Right-click on the last column
• Shrink the width of the Model Editor from the right side

There are two problems:

1. The dialog stays in the same position
2. The buttons of the dialog will be pushed out of the dialog.
