Having a shortcut key for Workspace Locking system

There is a button on the top-bar in Qt Design Studio that enables users to lock all the views in their places. Toggling it off allows the free docking of the views to other locations. This currently doesn't have a shortcut key assigned. 

I think it is good to give users the freedom to toggle it with a shortcut. They can decide not to use it, but if anyone wants to they will be able to.
