Assigning a new effect to an object discards it from another and refresh work intermittently

      Issue found:

      • If Vignette effect has been assigned to two objects, and the user assigns some other effect to another of those objects, the effect is no longer displayed on either one.
      • Refresh fails intermittently.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a project
      2. Create a Vignette effect in the effect maker
      3. Create some other effects
      4. Assign them to the objects in the Project, and you will see how it fails.

      How it is expected to work

      • When an effect has been assigned to an object, the 2D view is refreshed and the effect is visible
      • If an effect is assigned to an object, it does not make other objects lose their effect
