Dropshadow is not visible, as the object would need to have margins enlarged along with the effect

      Issue found:

      • When the user assigns a Dropshadow effect to an object, it is not seen as the object boudaries clip it off. 
      • Snapshot: 31
      • OS: Mac OS/ M1

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a project
      2. Create a DropShadow effect
      3. Click save
      4. Assign it to a picture
      5. You see the effect only in some areas

      How it is expected to work

      • If the requires enlargement of the object margins, we should enlarge them, or render them outside the object in a separate frame that is not visible to the user
