Issue found

• If the visibility of the effect in the stack is changed, the system does not consider it being a new effect and it does not allow the user to save the effect on top of existing effect. Only Save As is allowed.

How to reproduce

1. Open DS
2. Open an existing project
3. Create a stack of several effects
4. Save 
5. Change the visibility of one of the effects
6. You notice that you can't save on top of existing effect, just Save As is allowed.

How it is expected to work

• Changing visibility of an effect in the stack means that the effect output has been changed. The user should be able to save the effect on top of existing effect.
