Issue found:
- When MipMap DropShadow is applied to text, when the dropshadow is further away from text, it is cut off
- If the same effect is assigned to a border, it is visible inside the element, but outer parts are cut off

How to reproduce
- Create a project
- Create MipMap Drop Shadow effect, adjust the shadow to be further away from the origin
- Click save
- Assign the effect to a piece of text and/or rectangle to see it.
You may use this project to try out these issues:
How it is expected to work
- Effect should not be cut off. If this happens, there should be a chance for the user to lengthen the distance of where the cut-off happens.
