Issue found:

• When MipMap DropShadow is applied to text, when the dropshadow is further away from text, it is cut off
• If the same effect is assigned to a border, it is visible inside the element, but outer parts are cut off

How to reproduce

1. Create a project
2. Create MipMap Drop Shadow effect, adjust the shadow to be further away from the origin
3. Click save
4. Assign the effect to a piece of text and/or rectangle to see it.

How it is expected to work

• Effect should not be cut off. If this happens, there should be a chance for the user to lengthen the distance of where the cut-off happens.
