'Share' button doesn't work after removing shared application

      Test steps:

      1. Select 'Share' button in toolbar -> 'Share Application Online' dialog shown
      2. Select 'Share'
      3. Select 'Manage Shared Applications'
      4. Remove previously shared application
      5. Select 'Share' again -> Button is inactive. Application isn't shared.

      If dialog is closed and reopened 'Share' works again.
