User cannot scroll in Model Editor

      Tested with QDS 4.4 Built on Jan 16 2024 04:42:43

      If user puts the Model Editor -window in full screen mode and keeps adding rows, at some point the rows become inaccessible due to missing scrolling functionality.

      This also happens for columns.
