Deleting all columns and trying to add a row in specific way crashes QDS

    Description

      Tested with QDS 4.4 Built on Jan 16 2024 04:42:43

      How to reproduce:
      1. Delete all columns
      2. Try to add a row. The table will bug out.
      3. Add a column. The new column will be shown buggy
      4. Now try to add a row again. QDS will crash
