User cannot scroll between data models

      Tested with QDS 4.4 Built on Jan 18 2024 01:35:12

      If user puts the Model Editor -view in fullscreen mode and keeps adding data models, at some point user cannot add anymore, because the add buttton goes hidden due to missing scrolling function
