It shouldn't be possible to drag anything under effect maker nodes in scene

Create effect maker effect and add it to some item in the scene. Drag e.g. Rectangle from components view or another effect from assets view under it in navigator -> The new item is created as effect child.

Effects shouldn't allow any children as they are not actual visible items.

Reparenting a node inside navigator blocks reparenting under effects correctly.
