Assets once added by an effect node are never removed even if the node was deleted

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a New Effect
      2. Add Lava transformation.
      3. Save the effect
        1. lava.png is added to the Effect directory
      4. Remove Lava transformation.
      5. Add Fog transformation.
        1. fog.png is added to the Effect directory.
        2. lava.png is still there too.
      6. Remove Fog transformation.
      7. Add blur
        1. Both fog.png and lava.png files are still in the Effect directory

      Expected behavior

      Assets that were added by a node that does not exist anymore should be deleted.
