Selected background color and preview image are not saved when the effect is saved

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a New Effect Effect0
      2. Add a random effect node to it
      3. Select blue background color
      4. Select the following preview image:
      5. Save the effect
      6. Create a New Effect Effect1
      7. Change background color and preview image of Effect1
      8. Go back to Effect0

      Description

      The background color and preview image are not saved per Effect. The currently selected color and image are shown for all effects.

      Expected behavior

      When I set a background color and a preview image which are different than defaults, I probably did that on purpose (e.g. something looks bad/different in such a setup). Therefore I'd like to keep those settings persistently.
