It's possible to change the value of a parameter by pressing on its textual representation and moving mouse left and right

How to reproduce

1. Create a New Effect
2. Add Fast Blur node to the effect
3. Press (left mouse button) on the textual representation of the Fast Blur's Amount parameter and move your mouse left and right (without releasing the click)

Description

The behavior is the same as by using a slider. I believe this is unusual and confusing behavior.

Expected behavior

The value should be updated by moving a slider or typing a value manually in the box. It should not be updated by moving a mouse inside the box.
