Issue found:

• Selecting rows, column creation tools are enabled

How to reproduce

1. Open Model Editor
2. Open model which has data in it
3. Select a row
   
4. Select a column
   
5. Create a new column
   
6. Delete the new column
7. Select a row - column creation tools are enabled
   

Expected behavior

1. If a column is selected, the user should be able to
   1. Add column left/right
   2. Delete the selected column
2. If a row is selected, the user should be able to
   1. Add row above/below
   2. Delete selected row
