Effect from previous project open in another project's Effect Maker view

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project
• In Effect Maker View, add e.g. Rain effect
• Click "Save current composition" with name "Rain"
• Close project (File -> Close all projects and editors)
• Create new project
• -> "Rain" effect name is shown in Effect Maker View -> would expect to see "Untitled"
• Right click in Assets view and select "New effect"
• -> "Save changes" dialog is opened and clicking "Save" will create "Rain" effect -> Would expect not to see the dialog and not create "Rain" effect in this project
